Tuition includes:

  • Parent Collaboration Classes
  • Bonus Seminars, such as our Mother/Daughter Sleepover Retreat
  • Monthly Family Fun Night and Service Projects
  • Personalized mentorship meetings
  • Weekly class updates and information for optional deeper study at home
  • Special events & celebrations (feasts, book parties, etc.)

Tuition does NOT include:

  • books, supplies, or other expenses that may incur with projects or field trips or excursions away from the school
  • Bonus class fees, which vary by class

Refund Policy

Notification of withdrawal must be made in writing to: knoxacademyofmaking@gmail.com or Knox Academy of Making, 870 West 300 North, Kaysville, UT, 84037. Withdrawals are effective on the date that the Knox Academy receives written notification.

  • If your child withdraws before the first day of attendance, there will be no refund of your deposit.
  • If your child withdraws after the first day of attendance:
    • If you are on a payment plan, there will be no refund of the deposit, nor will there be a refund of the current month’s tuition, but no further costs will be charged.
    • If you have paid your full tuition up front, you will receive your full tuition back minus the deposit and the minus the months you have attended (but there will be no refund of the current month’s tuition).

Other Payment Policies

  • Prepayment of tuition is required in order to attend class.
  • Non-refundable Registration fee of $50 per family (not student) is due with Registration
  • Deposit of $100 per student is required to secure a spot (due by July 1st). This will be applied towards the student’s tuition. (Non-refundable after the first day of class).
  • Late payments made after the 10th of each month are subject to a charge of $15.
